Will pharmacuitical ( drug companies) eventually take over the world?

I saw an alarming factoid while watching the national news last night. There are more and more Americans taking prescription drugs! They also mix them with other prescriptions creating a toxic stew inside their bloodstream! Are the doctors prescribing these drugs on the drug makers payroll or are they just pawns in the overall New World Order's plan to eliminate large segments of our society so the Aliens can then emerge from their underground tunnels and begin to clone us in their image to create a new society of Superhumans! Help, can anyone anwser this so I can sleep my usual microwave induced dream sleep tonight in which I always seem to be on the move and living in the past>
