I'm being tortured! please help!?

Whenever i give my rats a bath, i hold them under the tap and say: shhh... it's gonna b alright. but they always sc themselves out of my hands! it hurts! and afterwards, they are all mad & stuff... i give them treets to reward them after baths, and i say "no" whenever they scratch... but i need help! what can i do to calm them down, and what soap should i use on them????
