Tsunami hits Japan after mive quake is it the small signs of the Judgement?

No it isn't a judgement from above. The Japanese and Hawaiians did nothing to deserve this event, no more than New Orleans deserved Hurricane Katrina in '05. . Bad things happen all of the time, to everyone sooner or later. Good people, bad people, innocent babies--everyone suffers. This isn't a new thing. This is a condition of being a human on the planet Earth.
