Story ideas for a new story I am writing?

Kk... So I'm righting a story(It's kinda stupid... lol.) and It's about a bad boy who has these awesome super powers, and a girl named Cleo meets him after she was chased by these gangter dudes... Well, it's a little confusing, but Derek(the guy) knew her before, and he broke her heart, so wat he did, is try to comit suiside, because of his kistake, and he didn't exactly die, so these docter people took him in, ad gave him a newly made elixer to revive him, but instead it gave him super powers... But he doesn't remember Cleo... So they go through this thing, and The docs are chasing after him to gain his power... and so on so forth.... Wat I was wondering was, do you guys and gals have any Ideas for the body of the story? I'm in writers block right now... lol. Oh! And if you don't think it's a great story, you opinion, but please no cussing or really mean comments on this idea... please... lol. Best iseas will get the ten points! Thnx!
