Muslims I have a question?

I'm Muslim and I try my best to be a good one but we all know no one is free from comitting sins and that we will make mistakes. My question is what if a good Muslim dies with a minor sin that occured just before their death? I mean people can die at any moment you'll never know when so I'm wondering how that will affect someone in the hereafter.
