Im being discriminated at my job help?

In a large company such as Burger King I am sure what he is doing is against company policy. Such behavior is usually taken very seriously by corporate. It leaves them open to a ual harment lawsuit. When a employee sues a company they work for, win or loose it costs the company dearly in both lawyers fees and bad press. So your manager's actions will not be tolerated by his bosses. You need to talk to someone in the personnel department or his boss at company level. If it is an independent franchise the same still applies.
