Decent modern horror films to rent/ buy?

I really want to update my collection but i am becoming a bit "immune" to horror films due to watching them since i was about 6!, Most modern ones arent a patch on the older ones, they just don't scare me at all. Anyone have any good horror/psychological thrillers (no gory slasher stuff please ) they can recomend?? ty
