Can we (as in American people) sue the government for monopolizing the party system?

Seriously, the whole thing is one gigantic monopoly. It's like trying to beat Microsoft but times a million. Our country is going down hill so fast and the people living in it can't do a thing about it. It sucks to see our country in this terrible state, and so many people are unhappy with our government but everything just seems so unreachable. How can Americans really change things for the better, and I don't mean change the same way Obama means it. I mean, real change for the better. Not just using the word to get elected.
