How does this "DIET" sound for losing 20lbs? Thanks!?
You are setting yourself up for failure with this diet. You are currently a little overweight. With this "diet" you are basically fasting. You might stick to it for a week, but you'll give in eventually and probably binge eat and ruin all the work you did. You need to add more foods, more calories and be more realistic. One does not simply lose 20 lbs, it will probably take you a good 6 months or more. Luckily losing weight is much more simple than many folks realize. In order for you to weigh 160 your body must be taking in a certain amount of calories and carbs per day to maintain that weight, among other things, but calories and carbs are the main determinants for weight gain/loss. If you take in less carbs and calories than you have been then you will lose weight, simple. You don't need to go all crazy and not eat anything like what your "diet" is.
